きたる10月21日の関西ランニングコースガイドLSDは7月1日雨で練習会が中止になった時のベイブリッジLSDコース約21kmをプラス5km延長してマラソンに十分効果的な練習になる練習会として開催します。
大阪京橋ランナーズプラス店舗前発着市内循環ベイブリッジLSDコース約26km
【開催日時】10月21日日曜日
【集合場所】ランナーズプラス店舗前
ランナーズプラス店舗前ランナーズプラス情報はこちらから
JR京橋駅南口・西口より徒歩約3分徒歩
【集合時間】午前8時30分時間厳守（走れる状態でお集まりください）
【練習会内容】約26kmの距離をトータル3時間45分程度で走ります。
ペースはGPSデータによるキロ7分～30秒ペース。
プラス信号等のストップ時間及び休憩含みます。
トータル時間は多少前後します。
【参加募集人員】20人
【参加資格】どなたでも。ただし上記内容の距離とペースに対応できる練習をされている方。
【練習会費用】500円、別途ランナーズプラス利用者は施設利用費700円を各自でお支払いください。
【打ち上げ】希望者のみ小一時間程度の打ち上げ（昼食会）を行います。
打ち上げ参加希望者は備考欄に打ち上げ参加希望と明記下さい。
【ランニングコース】今回は橋がポイントです。どんな橋かはコラージュを参考にしてください。

【必須携行物】ボトルポーチ＆小銭
【開催気象条件】晴天・曇天・小雨は開催します。
中止の場合は早朝6時に参加者の皆さんの携帯に直接お知らせします。

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement?
