チャレンジ大阪マラソンモニター感想記　猪野さん　[2012チャレンジ大阪マラソン] [編集]

今回、大阪マラソンにどうせ当選しないだろうという気持ち半分で、一人でエントリーをしました。

しかし、まさかの当選！！
嬉しさと焦りがまじりあった複雑な心境でした。

走る事は、体力作りでジムで軽く走る程度でした。

練習の仕方がわからない私はネットで　大阪マラソン　ランニング　練習　　と検索しました。
そこでランバディのモニター募集に出逢いました。
あまりネットなどに疎い私で、最初はどんな会だろうと不安もありました。
しかし、顔合わせしたらモニターのみなさんがとても明るい方達だったので不安はすぐにふきとびました。

最初の集まりでは走行フォームも確認してもらい、本格的なご指導にコーチの期待に応えられるのか不安もありました。

練習会に参加するたびに、ワイワイ話しながら走ることがこんなに楽しくて、話しながらでも呼吸が楽にできるんだということに驚きました。

マラソン＝しんどい、息がゼーゼーする。といったイメージがなくなりました。

暑い季節でしたが、大阪市内を走る毎回の練習会が楽しみでした。もちろんその後のランチも美味しく楽しくいただきました。

三ケ月の練習の成果をみせる10月28日の和歌浦ベイマラソンでは、スタート時は雨でしたがマラソンは雨でも走れると実感しました。
後半は自分との戦いになり、ペース配分がわからず呼吸の乱れがありました。しかしバテて歩いているスポーツマンの若い人達を追い越せる自分に驚きました。
移動はバスの貸し切りで、帰り道では皆さん疲れて寝るどころか、コーチが豪華景品の抽選会を企画して下さり、遠足のように盛り上がりました。
このハーフは良い経験になりました。
フルはこの倍かぁと怖くもなりましたが・・・。

これからの練習が持久走や大阪マラソンの試走で長距離を走る事が増え、知らないうちにできるようになりました。これもコーチの練習プログラムのおかげだと思いました。

しかし同じ所で１キロを繰り返し走る持久走は、精神的に苦痛でした。
まだランニングウオッチを持っていない私はペースをとる感覚がわからず悪戦苦闘しました。
ランバディの会員の方達と走る事ができアドバイスや刺激を頂きありがたかったです。

平日の練習は、なかなか時間がとれず、練習会や週末で調整していました。
脚の痛みなどの話をきくと、自分の練習量が少ないのではと心配になったりもしました。
最後の練習会では、今までが良過ぎた体調が悪くなり参加できず、大会前までの練習量がぐっと減りましたが、体調管理に努めました。

当日は、たくさんの人数に圧倒されましたが、一人申し込みの私がこんなに安心して賑やかにスタートが迎えれるとは当初は思いもよりませんでした。
スタートまでの待ち時間も25分程ありましたが、メンバーの皆さんと一緒のおかげで寂しくありませんでした。

いよいよスタート！！スタート時からトイレの心配がありましたが、穴場のシティーホテルでスムーズにすませることができロスを減らす事ができました。
前半は、なかなか体が動かず松二さん山本さんについていくのが必死でした。

そんなときランバディののぼりがみえ、栗野夫婦の大きな声援が励みになりました。奥様の声が通り過ぎてからも聴こえ応援のありがたみを感じました。
大正あたりになると沿道の応援が間近に感じ、ハイタッチのふれあいにテンションが上がりまくりでした。

後半部分からは、コーチが合流してくださりいつものように話ながら走ったりできる余裕も少しだけでました。
まさかの32km地点の給食でコーチ達を見失い、前半で一度一人になった時の不安感から必死にみつけようとしましたが、まさかの私の方が先にでてしまっていました。
その後、探してもらったりとご迷惑をかけました。本当にすみませんでした。

途中からランナーズハイとはこういうものなのか？？という高揚感がありました。
沿道の応援が途切れるとぐっと脚が重くなり、アミノ酸などの栄養補給をして耐えました。

そんな時にランバディＴシャツが棒に高々と吊るされて応援にきて下さっていた船戸さんご夫婦を発見しました。ランバディＴシャツがなければ気づかなかったかもしれない、疲労の中、かつ孤独だったのでパワーを頂きました。ありがとうございました。

最後にはコーチと松二さん山本さんと合流でき、万歳ポーズでゴールでき感動的でした。

脚は棒のようなっていましたが、声援のおかげでこんなにも走れるんだと貴重な体験ができました。
応援の方々、電車を乗り継ぎ各ポイントで応援して下さりありがとうございました。

ほんとうにほんとうに、ここまでたどり着けたのは、コーチはじめ、チャレンジメンバー、練習会でご一緒して下さった方達と出逢えたからです。

マラソンは苦しく、自分との戦いをするスポーツのイメージでしたが、こんなにも楽しいものだと教えていただいた事を、出逢った皆さんに感謝します。
本当にありがとうございました。
