11月17日土曜日：チャレンジ大阪マラソン最終調整練習会
【集合場所】ランナーズプラス店舗前
ランナーズプラス店舗前ランナーズプラス情報はこちらから
JR京橋駅南口・西口より徒歩約3分徒歩
【集合時間】午前9時（走れる状態でお集まりください）
周回コースまで約1kmウォーミングアップかねてジョグで行きます。
直接スタート場所に向かわれる方はあらかじめ申し込み時に申告ください。
【練習会内容】レース8日前となる日ですから10kmのペース走を実施します。
ペースが合う人が居れば集団走の場合もあり、ペースが異なる場合は単独走の場合もあります
ペース走はペース（1km何分何秒で走ると決めて一定ペースを保ち走り続ける練習です。）
【参加募集人員】20人程度
【練習会費用】500円、別途ランナーズプラス利用者は施設利用費700円を各自でお支払いください。
【昼食会】練習会終了後ごく簡単なランチ（7～800円程度）を取る昼食打ち上げを行います。
参加希望者は昼食会打ち上げ参加希望と明記。
【練習会参加対象レベル】60分以上走れる初心者から上級レベルの人まで。練習会趣旨を理解いただける方ならどなたでも。
【給水】各自でボトルホルダー等を携帯ください。給水は行いません。
【練習コース】大川右岸沿い周回コース（1周約1km）。
スタート場所は下記の地図を参照ください。


今年度すでに一度でもランバディの練習会に参加された方は練習会会員としてデータ登録済みですのでPCからはこちらからお申し込みください。

二度目からの申し込みの際は何月何日の練習会希望と氏名を記入の上送信下さい。

初めて参加ご希望の方は下記のPCからか携帯からかどちらかからお申し込みください。
今回から一度お申込みいただくと練習会会員として登録されます。
もちろん登録費会員費等は一切無料ですからご安心ください。

【チャレンジTシャツ販売中】
練習会やレース、普段の練習にも、どなたでもご購入いただけるTシャツを作りました。
地やレンジメンバーの皆さんが着ている以外ではロイヤルブルーがあります。

色はホットピンク・オレンジ・ロイヤルブルー・ブラックの4色です。

ランバディ各練習会にて購入（受け取り）の場合は2000円
練習会以外での手渡しは2500円、郵送希望はプラス500円送料がかかります。
